Program Description: The WINGS Leadership Academy assists young women with the primary task of being responsible and managing their time, presenting a professional image, ethical character, self-significance and service to others.  It helps them prepare for and adjust to college life so that they may be successful.

The Academy encourages internal assets necessary to develop responsible young women that can fit into society and make a meaningful contribution to their family, their community and to themselves.
