We conduct onsite leadership programs at local school campuses, creating a place for girls to be themselves, value their individuality and nurture their unique gifts. Our primary goal is to help girls chart their personal path to maximize their potential and achieve individual results. We teach them personal skills that can promote growth and nurture a healthy view of the world. The journey begins by exploring their challenges, strengths, and coping strategies. Girls learn to navigate individual and collective resources, transforming behaviors to overcome barriers, recognize their value, and create a plan for high school, college and beyond. The Leslie K Bedford Memorial Foundation has served its purpose. It has transitioned from grief and healing to achievements and results; and has proudly become Leslie K Bedford Leadership Academy.
